I ate crackers and also bread dipped in olive oil when my stomach was upset. If I had counted out the snack crackers for one serving, eaten only one slice of bread, 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, and a plum then I would have still been OK. But Nooooooooo, I ate several slices of bread with shredded cheese, several cracker servings, and a PB sandwich plus cottage cheese and a plum. I ate a couple of dill pickles and small piece of sharp cheddar cheese. I had enough food for all day within a couple of hours.
Well, tomorrow is another day. Goodnight for now.

Well.... still need to work on it.
My plan was to do 6 mini meals. five of those I did well with. then felt sick at stomach and ate comfort food. I think the Senna herb upset my stomach.

Last Meals
I plan to start tomorrow. I shouldnt have shopped hungry tonight. Was actually to point of nausea. I went to Target and bought a couple of books. One is a calorie counter. The other is a Jillian Michaels book about exercise and setting up a regimen. Thought they might help motivate me to make changes.
Do or Die Time
It is time to lose weight and become more fit. I will keep a record of my journey.
Today, I am trying to get things together to start... prep work for today. Part of the prep is trying to mentally motivate myself to just get off my ass and do it. Ok, was that too strong, but it is the truth.
Well, let me tell you about where I am. My blood pressure is now high. It was 142/110 today, yeah... pretty high right. Well the doc has started me on BP meds. It seems I always am ready to take care of someone else, but then I don't seem to take care of myself as well. It is time that I put myself first while I still can. I need to revamp every area of my life from the ground up.
