I ate crackers and also bread dipped in olive oil when my stomach was upset. If I had counted out the snack crackers for one serving, eaten only one slice of bread, 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, and a plum then I would have still been OK. But Nooooooooo, I ate several slices of bread with shredded cheese, several cracker servings, and a PB sandwich plus cottage cheese and a plum. I ate a couple of dill pickles and small piece of sharp cheddar cheese. I had enough food for all day within a couple of hours.
Well, tomorrow is another day. Goodnight for now.
